Manchester City win the Premier League

This year the Premier League came to a dramatic end with three teams reaching to get ahead the other and take the first place on the table. Liverpool leading the last matches just to end up losing the lead and with it their chances to take the tittle home. This gave Manchester City the chance to get ahead and take the led while a close by Chelsea lured around for the chance to get ahead. It was an incredible finish for such an interesting season.
